  Hello and welcome to the next installment of the Pockey Reviews Hentai Show!

  We have a curious case out on the chopping block, today. I find myself reviewing the hentai, Takumi ga seitenkan shiite fuck sare makuru monogatari or Takumi was changed into a woman and is fucked here, there, and everywhere; this is the tale!, but better known as its less stupid title, TSF Monogatari.

  What makes this a curious case is that it goes against two of my parameters for reviewing. For one, I tend not to rewatch things, thus I don’t review anime that I watched prior to August 2018, as that’s when I made the commitment to review every book I read and every anime I watched. I also generally tend not to review hentai unless said hentai is devoted to being more than run-of-the-mill porn. I watched TSF Monogatari quite a number of years ago and as I’ll touch on in a bit, Monogatari is, if nothing else, interested in being porn and nothing more. If this is the case, then why in the world am I reviewing it?

  

  Because TSF Monogatari is, in a word, weird. Part of my desire to review it is to get the word out about this show.

  TSF Monogatari, if its laughably descriptive title couldn’t clue you in, is about Takumi Musashino, a high school student who finds himself knocking on death’s door thanks to a terminal illness. He halfheartedly agrees to take part in an experimental gene therapy treatment (he’s distracted by staring at the doctor’s bust) which will turn him into a woman. At her school, she’s ogled by her male classmates and friends. This soon escalates into her agreeing to let them fondle her, then soon enough, to her giving them fellatio. She soon discovers that she quite likes it, as the gene therapy also increased her libido (because of course it does (and this doesn’t really address why she’d want to have sex with everyone, but oh well)).

  Off the bat, the hentai might catch viewers’ attention for its use of a popular, but often unexplored, fetish: transformation. It certainly caught my eye and was somewhat tantalizing in this regard, and for this, I commend TSF Monogatari. If nothing else, I’d recommend checking out this anime if you have a transformation fetish. It helps that the anime is quite easy on the eyes, making it all the more arousing.

  

  But if you were looking for an honest exploration of the social and biological difficulties of finding yourself suddenly transformed into a different sex, you should probably look elsewhere. There’s a small bit about getting new clothes, there’s a throwaway mention of a period, and Takumi briefly states that he’s a guy before his protests are muffled by cock. Deep this ain’t. This is probably the porniest of porn, moreso than anything I’ve reviewed prior. Iketeru Futari, Golden Boy, and Junk Boy, as shallow as they may be, attempted to be something more than hentai through comedic elements. Here, what you see is what you get: a work made to get you aroused. There’s nothing wrong with this, but this hyperfocus on sex could contribute to the “weirdness” I talked about.

  And as I sit down to write it, I realize how nebulous this strange feeling really is. At first I attributed it to an abundance of rape, which is of course, icky, to put it far too lightly. But upon rewatching it, it’s not as prevalent as I thought. There’s of course Takumi’s old friend who forces himself upon her and begins raping and choking her. Then later there’s the bus groper who molests her. I recalled Takumi’s other friends raping her as well, but no, they don't force anything upon her. I thought her client raped her later on, but I was mistaken about this as well. It’s possible that these two instances were so unsettling to me that my view of the entire work was negatively colored. And to be clear, the instances I described are rape even though Takumi is reduced to a squirting, yearning mess by the end of the encounters. The intention was for these men to get their rocks off without consent, without care for Takumi’s pleasure or willingness. There’s nothing wrong with chokeplay, but Takumi’s friend is less practicing a consensual BDSM act that is predicated on safety and more Darth Vader force choking an underling. The groper is still a rapist and an assaulter, he just so happened to get “lucky” by happening to grope the one woman on the train with Hentai Heart Eyes Syndrome™.

  

  And I think I may have hit the nail on the head on what feels weird about this hentai. As I said before, everything is about sex and getting off, to the point where things that logically shouldn’t be hot are framed like they are. Takumi seems to be a fairly normal boy whose transformation comes with the side effect of him becoming a nigh-non-functioning nymphomaniac. She finds herself servicing his friends and quite likes it. She’s raped and choked by a former friend and gets off to it, to the point where to climax during masturbation, she has to choke herself. She pushes her friend away from the hungry grasp of a bus groper, not out of a sense of altruism, but because she herself wants to be groped and becomes a whining mess later on, making a regular thing out of being groped by the same molester, to the point where she has sex with him at a hotel. She’s shown constantly having sex at school. The groper invites her to a business trip where she's gawked at by his middle-aged colleagues, used in nyotaimori, then subsequently gangbanged. Her nymphomania is so great that she becomes a prostitute, albeit a highly ineffectual one. She desperately tells a client that she’ll pay him to make her climax. Even though it’s a fetish of mine that’s oft undepicted, I can’t even take guiltless pleasure in the fact that Takumi’s pregnant for a good chunk of the episode. It just somehow feels icky to me. Logically speaking, TSF Monogatari isn’t something I should be aroused by. There’s nothing wrong with someone enjoying sex a lot but it feels like Takumi can barely function. I’m not sure “exploitive” is quite the right word, but if it’s the wrong word, it certainly doesn’t feel that incorrect. Takumi will have sex with anyone, attractive or no, which makes it seem like we as the viewers are supposed to see Takumi as an unfeeling doll that anyone can pump their load into without pause or care for her or her feelings and that doesn't sit right with me.

  

  There’s a nebulous undercurrent of uncomfortability to the entire thing that I can’t quite place. The ending involves Takumi linking up with the girl she used to have a crush on. She inexplicably has a crush on Takumi, too and has undergone a similar procedure, turning her into a nymphomaniac futanari in order to satisfy Takumi’s desire. She has passionate sex with the quite pregnant Takumi then we cut to their wedding. It’s as if the creators were desperately trying to shoo away any uneasiness they fostered before. “Shhh! No, look, it’s fine!”

  And I hate to admit it, but it seems that they’ve largely succeeded in convincing this reviewer. Going off of my memory, I went in expecting to be completely disgusted and put-off, but I’m ashamed to admit I still found the thing arousing enough from start to finish. Maybe I’ve fully succumbed to debauchery since the last time I watched TSF Monogatari.

  

  I should stress that even though my disgust and uneasiness isn’t explicit, it’s still there, just subdued. I suppose it’s similar to the sensation of shoveling down food that you know is bad for you, that you can feel is bad for you, yet continuing because you think it tastes good in the moment.

  At the end of the day, I commend TSF Monogatari for being a pretty hot hentai that explores several fetishes that are often passed over. If you’re into transformation fetish, then you should give it a watch. However, if you squirm at mindbreak and sexual assault used as fetishes, steer clear. Hot or no, this is a pretty by-the-numbers hentai in terms of genre and I can’t help but feel a sense of mild unease while watching it. It certainly gets the job done, but when the job’s as simple as “being kind of hot,” it doesn’t need a lot of points to do it.

  ¿Que significa ser un genio? Resolver ecuaciones?, Ser científico? Encontrar la cura de ciertas enfermedades? Claro que no, la genialidad también es escribir, y lo de este anime es una genialidad.

  Introducción

  La historia da inicio con un protagonista que es sometido a un experimento aparentemente sencillo, pero con consecuencias profundas: su transformación física en una chica. A partir de este punto, la obra plantea una premisa interesante al permitirle vivir el mundo desde una perspectiva completamente distinta a la que conocía. No se trata únicamente de un cambio corporal, sino de una experiencia que lo obliga a enfrentarse a nuevas sensaciones, percepciones y formas de interactuar con su entorno.
  A lo largo de este proceso, el protagonista comienza a experimentar, desde su propia vivencia, lo que implica habitar un cuerpo femenino, cuestionando ideas preconcebidas y enfrentándose a situaciones que antes le eran ajenas. De esta manera, la serie utiliza el experimento como un recurso narrativo para explorar la identidad, la percepción personal y la forma en que el contexto influye en cómo nos entendemos a nosotros mismos.

  Capitulo 1

  El capítulo se abre con una escena cargada de sorpresa: toda la clase observa con incredulidad el cambio de género del protagonista. El asombro es generalizado, pero no uniforme. Mientras algunos reaccionan con confusión o desconcierto, hay quienes, lejos de sentirse incómodos, parecen genuinamente complacidos por la situación. Estos son sus amigos más cercanos, quienes no solo aceptan el cambio con rapidez, sino que incluso lo reciben con entusiasmo.
  Aquí la obra introduce una idea curiosa y, hasta cierto punto, incómoda de admitir. Desde hace siglos —o quizá milenios— ha existido en el imaginario masculino un pensamiento recurrente: el deseo de que el mejor amigo fuera una chica. No se trata necesariamente de atracción romántica ni de un interés puramente superficial, sino de algo más complejo y difícil de explicar. Surge entonces una pregunta lógica: si ese deseo existe, ¿por qué no simplemente acercarse a una chica desde el inicio? ¿Por qué esa fantasía involucra precisamente a un amigo?
  La serie no da una respuesta directa, pero deja entrever que la explicación no es tan sencilla. Hay una confianza, una cercanía y una complicidad que ya están construidas, elementos que no suelen darse de inmediato en otras relaciones. Es una idea que rara vez se expresa abiertamente, pero que muchos hombres entienden de forma casi instintiva, como una verdad tácita que no necesita demasiadas palabras.
  Una vez que sus amigos logran asimilar la nueva realidad —aceptar que su antiguo compañero ahora habita un cuerpo femenino— surge entre ellos una idea tan impulsiva como reveladora: aprovechar la situación para divertirse de maneras que, bajo circunstancias normales, no serían posibles. No se trata solo de curiosidad, sino de una transgresión de los límites previamente establecidos en su amistad, ahora difuminados por el cambio de identidad del protagonista.
  Esta nueva dinámica da paso a una intimidad progresiva, cargada de ambigüedad. Al principio, el protagonista muestra resistencia; existe un conflicto interno evidente entre lo que sabe que debería rechazar y aquello que empieza a resultarle tentador. Sin embargo, con el paso del tiempo y la repetición de estos encuentros, esa resistencia inicial comienza a debilitarse. Lo que en un inicio era incomodidad se transforma en aceptación, y más tarde, en una necesidad difícil de ignorar.
  Es en este punto donde la obra introduce uno de sus ejes más interesantes: la transformación deja de ser únicamente física y se vuelve psicológica. El protagonista comienza a desarrollar una dependencia emocional hacia esta nueva forma de relación, permitiendo que la experiencia moldee su percepción de sí mismo. Así, la historia sugiere que la verdadera metamorfosis no ocurre en el cuerpo, sino en la mente, marcando un punto de no retorno en su identidad.

  Capitulo 2

  El capítulo avanza mostrando a la protagonista inmersa en una nueva etapa de su vida. Sus encuentros ya no se limitan únicamente a su antiguo círculo de amigos; ahora se extienden a cualquier desconocido que aparezca en su camino. Este cambio no surge de manera espontánea ni puramente voluntaria, sino que se presenta como una consecuencia directa de los efectos secundarios del experimento al que fue sometida. Dichos efectos alteran progresivamente su percepción, nublando su mente frente a cualquier situación que no esté relacionada con la necesidad de estar con un hombre.
  Sin embargo, lo más interesante no es el cambio en su comportamiento, sino la forma en que ella misma lo afronta. La protagonista observa su propia vida sin una carga de culpa ni autocompasión. No intenta resistirse, no busca una solución ni cuestiona activamente su estado. Por el contrario, acepta sus deseos y actúa conforme a sus convicciones, incluso cuando estas entran en conflicto con lo que social o moralmente podría considerarse correcto. Para ella, la experiencia no representa una tragedia, sino una nueva forma de existencia.
  Este rasgo es precisamente lo que distingue al personaje dentro del género. No se trata simplemente de una personalidad moldeada por la transformación, sino de una protagonista que ejerce una decisión consciente —o al menos una aceptación plena— de lo que se ha convertido. Esta falta de arrepentimiento y su firme determinación de seguir adelante, sin importar las consecuencias, evitan que sea una figura genérica más y la posicionan como un personaje que, aunque controvertido, resulta difícil de ignorar.
  En una etapa avanzada de su vida, la protagonista toma una decisión que marca un nuevo rumbo en su historia: abrir un sitio web con el fin de concretar encuentros. Esta elección no se presenta como un acto impulsivo, sino como la consecuencia lógica de todo el proceso que ha atravesado hasta ese momento. Sin embargo, lo que parecía ser una simple extensión de su rutina da un giro inesperado cuando una de sus clientas resulta ser una antigua amiga, quien también se sometió al mismo experimento.
  El encuentro entre ambas trasciende por completo lo vivido anteriormente. No solo logran una conexión satisfactoria, sino que se establece entre ellas una química genuina que eclipsa cualquier experiencia pasada. A diferencia de los encuentros previos, aquí hay intercambio de palabras sinceras, comprensión mutua y un espacio donde ambas pueden sentirse plenamente felices. No se trata de un momento pasajero, sino de la construcción de algo más profundo, casi como un refugio emocional donde encuentran estabilidad y afecto verdadero.
  Este vínculo se convierte en un punto de inflexión para la protagonista. La historia culmina con un desenlace que puede interpretarse como una forma de redención: ella logra formar una familia, queda embarazada y finalmente se casa. Su vida, que antes parecía avanzar sin rumbo, adquiere un nuevo sentido. Ahora se sostiene de un hilo distinto, uno que la conecta con su esposo y su hijo, otorgándole un propósito que resignifica todo su recorrido anterior.
  De este modo, la obra cierra su narrativa no desde el castigo ni el arrepentimiento, sino desde la aceptación y la reconstrucción personal, dejando al espectador con una conclusión tan polémica como reflexiva.

  Audio y Animación

  En el apartado técnico, tanto el audio como la animación resultan sorprendentemente destacables. Se percibe de forma clara el cuidado y el cariño con el que este anime fue producido, algo que no siempre está presente dentro de este tipo de obras. La animación, aunque sencilla en ciertos momentos, cumple su función narrativa de manera efectiva y sabe enfatizar las escenas clave sin necesidad de excesos visuales.
  Por su parte, el trabajo de sonido acompaña adecuadamente cada situación, reforzando las emociones y el ambiente de la historia. Las voces transmiten naturalidad y ayudan a que los personajes se sientan vivos, mientras que la música y los efectos sonoros se integran de forma orgánica, sin robar protagonismo ni romper la inmersión. Todo esto contribuye a que el espectador perciba una obra realizada con dedicación, donde cada elemento técnico está al servicio del relato.

  Conclusión

  TSF Monogatari no busca complacer ni moralizar, y precisamente por eso funciona. A través de una transformación extrema, la obra presenta un retrato sorprendentemente realista de los deseos, contradicciones y decisiones humanas. Más allá de su premisa controvertida, construye una narrativa honesta que no se esconde detrás de juicios fáciles. Por su crudeza y coherencia interna, puede considerarse una obra maestra dentro de su género: incómoda, directa y profundamente humana.
