In the year 20XX, a bill was passed to indentify and surveil every citizen using nanomachines and DNA data. Those who don't possess this identification are deemed criminals, "NoIDs". As disappearances continue in the city, Liu and Tough are living their lives as NoIDs in the slums, helping people find what they lost.
